Psychometrics is the field of study concerned with the theory and technique of educational and psychological measurement. This includes the measurement of knowledge, abilities, attitudes and personality traits. Psychometric tests help you to understand your personal strengths for employment with respect to personality and competency.

The use of the term 'test' when describing psychometrics is slightly misleading as there is no 'right' or 'wrong' answer per se. Instead, regard the tests as a useful exercise to gain a greater insight into your own character, your personal strengths and areas for development.
